It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Help! I have an addiction……to Christmas decor! For months now I haven’t been able to go into a store that was selling Christmas decor and not walk out with something. My theme this year……in with the new, out with the old. Not really. But I will admit I’m starting completely over with my Christmas decor. I don’t think I’m using anything that I had previously.

Here are a few pictures of the Christmas decor hoard I’ve collected:

Most of these items were purchased at Kirkland’s, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, or Hobby Lobby. I think I’ve hit up every TJ Maxx and Home Goods from here to South Carolina. I mean that literally. We drive upwards of 3 hours to hit up Home Goods. The only other place I’ve shopped for Christmas decor this year has been the one pillow you see at the very back that says Reindeer Feed. I got that pillow at Decor Steals. If you’ve never shopped at Decor Steals you need to get over there. They only offer a few things each day so you have to be quick if you see something you want.

I finally managed to get my dining room set up for Christmas.

The large white plates are my everyday go-to from Home Goods. Naughty & Nice plates and the red napkins were found at Home Goods. I got the napkin rings, burlap placemats, small brown pinecones, starry lights and small buffalo check plates at Target. Dough bowl was bought through a secret vendor (I’m not telling but maybe one day I’ll offer them for sale!). Snowy pinecones and berry spray are from Hobby Lobby. I foraged for the cedar in my great-aunt’s backyard.

The vine wrapped lighted trees were found at Home Goods along with the crystal reindeer and the “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” sign. Again….cedar was foraged in my great aunt’s backyard. I just used a big bucket full of branches and wrapped them together with floral wire to make a garland. Please don’t look at the blank frames. I’m working on a gallery wall (yet another project) of all things Pacific Northwest. Also the paneling is going to be covered up as soon as I can get the wallpaper in the other part of the room down. I think someone glued it on with superglue or something.

These next few pictures are from other various places in my house. I’ll have another post later when I will share my Christmas tree and mantle. (Still working on those!)

My hand-me-down couch got a cozy blanket and some super cute new throw pillows. All the pillows are from either TJ Maxx or Home Goods. I got the blanket a year or so ago at Target. I love Target, almost as much as I love TJ Maxx and Home Goods.

Ha Ha! I’ve still got to get a pillow insert for my Reindeer Feed pillow! Plaid pillow is from Target. Fuzzy throw and advent calendar pillow is from TJ Maxx.
